Allow your employees to request time off and supervisors to approve it directly within FDTpro. This data will then be integrated into the timesheet. You'll also have a history and overview of requests, making your planning easier.

This module handles communications related to request tracking. A calendar also provides a visual overview of upcoming leave for your team. Statutory holidays remain under the control of administrators.

This feature will prevent you from being questioned by employees regarding their various balances such as vacation, sick leave and banked hours.

The solution allows:

  • Users can view and track the progress of their balances, or those of their team members.
  • Administrators are responsible for making balance adjustments and batch allocations.
  • To verify that the balances are sufficient when leave requests are submitted.
  • To automate time banks, overtime calculations and time recovery according to your own organizational practices and business rules.

Tired of chasing expense reports and receipts? With FDTpro, your staff can enter their expenses and travel directly into their timesheets and attach supporting documents. You'll also kill two birds with one stone by approving expenses at the same time as the timesheet. Use this data to reimburse employees and track project-related expenses.

A mobile app is also available for Android and iOS devices. It offers all the features of the web version. Depending on your needs, the app can be used for timesheets or as a time clock in the field.

This feature is used in conjunction with the timesheet. It's simply a more real-time way to collect the initial timesheet data. This data can then be modified as needed. The adjustments made are easy to identify because the original data from the time clock remains visible and uneditable.

Our online parking meters fall into two categories:

Individuals

Each person uses their own device. This could be a cell phone, tablet, or computer. This method is suitable for field employees as well as office staff. Optionally, GPS coordinates can be recorded at the time of clocking in.

Shared

Staff use one or more shared devices, such as a wall-mounted tablet. Optionally, a Personal Identification Number (PIN) can be used to authenticate the person clocking in. This type of solution is particularly well-suited to a factory or construction site environment.

FDTpro allows you to grant each person the combination of rights necessary to perform their work.

Some rights apply to the entire solution, while others are more specifically tailored to user groups.

The approval process allows everyone to validate the data they are responsible for and prevent unwanted changes. The process may vary slightly from one organization to another, but it generally looks like this:

1. The employee submits their timesheet. This is their way of indicating to you that it is completed.

2. A supervisor approves it. From that point on, the employee can no longer modify it. If the sheet is rejected, the employee will be notified by email. Note that approvers can delegate their approval authority during their absence.

3. An administrator (typically from the accounting or human resources department) locks everything down in order to compile and process the data.
